GTK Soft started as the in-house technology team of the Greentek Group, a solar EPC, manufacturing and trading group working in solar since 1997. Our ERP runs eight group companies. Our AI agents work on that live data. Our engineers design the group's own rooftop and ground-mount plants. When something breaks, it breaks for us first, and we fix it before any client sees it.

What does GTK Soft do?
GTK Soft is the technology company of the Greentek Group. We implement ERPNext, build AI agents on live ERP data, design solar and renewable projects, manage energy, build MIS dashboards and run Microsoft 365 and IT, for Greentek companies and for outside clients.
Are you an ERPNext implementation partner in Hyderabad?
Yes. We are based in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, and implement ERPNext and Frappe for clients across India and the UAE. [CONFIRM: official Frappe partner status, if any, before claiming "partner" in the certified sense.]
Do you only work with solar companies?
No. Solar EPCs and distributors are our deepest specialism, but we also work with manufacturers, traders and distributors, and with C&I energy users who want lower power costs.
What is included in the free ERP and AI assessment?
A [CONFIRM: 45 to 60 minute] call where we review how you use your current ERP or accounting system, identify the biggest gaps, and suggest where AI agents or dashboards would save time. You get a short written summary afterwards.
Can you work with our existing ERPNext or Tally setup?
Yes. We take over and clean up existing ERPNext systems, and we migrate from Tally and legacy systems. All changes are tested on a copy first.
How do you price projects?
Pricing is on request. We work as a fixed-scope project, a monthly retainer or AMC, or a dedicated team, and we quote after a short discovery call.
