Is our ERP data safe when connected to an AI model?

Agents connect through a permission-scoped API user, so they can only see and do what that role allows. Data is sent to the model only for the task at hand. [CONFIRM: data retention terms per model provider to state here.]

Which AI models do you use?

We build mainly on Claude and Microsoft Copilot, chosen per task. The agent layer is model-agnostic, so the model can be changed later without rebuilding the workflow.

Can customers place orders on WhatsApp?

Yes. A WhatsApp Business flow can capture the order, check items and prices against ERPNext and create a draft Sales Order for your team to confirm.
